During law school, Molly developed her interest and commitment to the practice of family law, interning with the San Mateo Family Law Self-Help Center and earning Wilkin and CALI awards for her family law coursework.

Prior to joining the Law Offices of Hannah Sims in February 2014 as an associate attorney, Molly practiced family law in Contra Costa County.

Molly has experience representing clients with all types of family law issues, including dissolution of marriage, child and spousal support, custody and property division. She frequently handles complex custody, paternity and domestic violence cases (both defense and prosecution). A poised and effective advocate for her clients in court, Molly is an excellent listener and communicator and excels at reaching effective and creative solutions to complex legal problems.

Molly is a member of the Alameda County Bar Association, Contra Costa County Bar Association and the Family Law Section of the State Bar of California. She also volunteers with the Alameda County VLSC Clinic, assisting self-represented litigants in court.
